• Where is the store based?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We do this really DIY. So, the band is the entity that actually completes the process and ships the order's ourselves. If we're out on a tour, the process can be a bit slower, but we guarantee to take care of all orders as promptly as possible once we get home and settled.

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary anywhere between 2 and 12 weeks.

  *NOTE: If an item is set up as a Pre-Order option, the shipping date will be included in the description for the item. The band will have shipped the items by the date posted, no later, and not much earlier... in some cases we may ship a few days before the actual release date, if we luck out and receive items early!*

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are currently not set up to ship internationally but DM us on socials and we can see if we can work something out

• I'm from your hometown (Boise, ID) and want to place an order! But. . . do I really need to pay for shipping?

  As things stand in the band right now. We're more than happy to deliver the item to you ourselves. For resident of Boise, ID only. Having you waste money on something like that isn't worth it to us, or for you!

  *AGAIN, You do not need to pay for shipping if you are doing an order and you live in Boise, ID.*

  Here's what you should do:

  1. Check to make sure the item(s) / size(s) you want are currently in stock.

  2. Send an email to [email protected] with the title: "BOISE, ID MERCH ORDER". We may
  have promo codes to take off the cost of what shipping would be, so be on the look out for that. Or just hit us up in the DMs and we will figure it out from there

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
